Sixteen lives have been misplaced in a tragic auto crash in Epe space of Lagos State.
The auto crash which concerned two autos occurred within the early hours of Tuesday, August 2, alongside Alaro Metropolis.
It was gathered that 5 others had been critically injured within the crash whereas two suffered no accidents.
The Public Schooling Officer of Federal Street Security Corps, Lagos Command, Olabisi Sonusi, who confirmed the accident in a press release, mentioned that the crash occurred at 03:00 am and was attributable to impaired visibility because of reckless driving.
Sonusi acknowledged that crash concerned 23 male adults, including that the 5 injured victims have been hospitalised.
“The vehicles involved in the crash were a white bus with Registration number KTN 262YJ and an Articulated truck (Registration Number unknown),” the assertion learn.
“FRSC operatives and other emergency management agencies are on the ground, ensuring prompt recovery and evacuation of all crashed vehicles.
“The Sector Commander Federal Street Security Corps Lagos Sector Command Corps Commander Olusegun Ogungbemide, subsequently, suggested motorists to all the time keep away from night time journey due to impaired visibility at that hour.”
He additionally admonished the motoring public all the time to look at building signage and velocity limits at such zones.
