Sheffield United stars Rhian Brewster and Oli McBurnie have been charged by police over alleged incidents that passed off following the fall-out after their Championship play-off semi-final with Nottingham Forest.
In an announcement on the membership’s web site, Sheffield United FC mentioned it was ‘upset’ that the 2 gamers have been charged.
The membership added that Brewster, 22, and McBurnie, 26, each ‘strenuously deny’ the allegations in opposition to them, having attended voluntary interviews with Nottinghamshire Police.
