This means you still have the opportunity to upload your results.

IMPORTANT: Even if you have uploaded your O’level result on JAMB portal during your JAMB registration, it is always good to check that your result has actually been uploaded so that you that you do not run the risk of losing your admission this year.

Whether you have picked university A, polytechnic B or College of Education C in JAMB, you need to be very careful with the requirements used for admission.

While these five major things are used generally, they include;

  1. Your score in JAMB/JAMB result.
  2. Your post utme or screening result.
  3. Your O level result and the grades you got in each subject.
  4. Your certificates and results [For DE candidates only].
  5. Catchment area;  most schools in Nigeria give less cut off mark requirements to applicants that are indigenes of a particular state or area.

There are still other minor criteria that are used such as;

  • Subject combination in JAMB.
  • Age.
  • Choice of the institution in JAMB.
  • Admission quota.
  • Availability of the course you picked in the institution.
