How to Apply: Applicants must submit an online admission application to LBCC. A separate scholarship application form must be submitted.

If the bank statement is not in the applicant’s name, an affidavit of financial support is required.
If you are under the age of 18 on the first day of class, you must provide an official high school transcript.

Language Requirements: Students must submit the following English language proficiency test scores:

Linn-Benton Community College will provide the selected international student with this scholarship, which will cover three credits of tuition per term.
