The former TOWIE star continued, ‘Since starting Train Wright, without a doubt the best thing about it is hearing that we’ve helped someone’s mental health. A lady last night told me exactly that and honestly, it gets me every time.’

Mark launched his Train Wright fitness company alongside brother Josh back in January, in a venture which sees the pair lead a series of pre-recorded workout sessions, as well as meal plans and nutritional advice.

‘I think sometimes we assume that everyone we see on Instagram is as happy as their pictures look… and it just isn’t true.

‘Don’t always believe what you see on social media – we all have our moments, myself included. It’s the main reason I train and was the driving factor to start Train Wright.

‘The difference it has on my life is crazy. Even just a gentle stroll (like today) it instantly boosts my mood, you don’t have to do a full on workout to feel the benefits.

‘My advice to anyone reading this, take care of yourself, don’t let other people bring you down and keep plugging away at your own vision and dreams.

‘If I ever do have a moment, I always speak to someone. I know it’s a cliché but I really do believe that a problem shared is a problem halved.

‘There is always a way out and if you’re suffering right now, please know that you’ve got this, brighter days are coming.’

The influencer recently defended his relationship with wife Michelle Keegan, 34, saying they ‘always makes it work’ despite their busy schedules.

Mark  – who married the Our Girl actress in 2015 – said they ‘both work hard’ but ‘see each other plenty’.

He told The Sun that the pair love going to the gym together as he also discussed his sister Natalya’s modelling career and how he is ‘done’ with reality TV.

Discussing his marriage with brunette beauty Michelle, he said: ‘Nobody needs to know how much Michelle and I see each other.

‘We always make it work. It’s just a lot of travelling really, up and down the motorway.

‘We both work hard, she works hard, there are no rules in life, are there?

‘I might see her for five days, go to work for a day then see her for another five, we see each other plenty, people don’t need to worry about that.’

In recent years Michelle has spent extended periods of time filming in locations such as Malaysia and South Africa for BBC drama Our Girl while Mark presented Extra in California.

During the rare interview about his private life, Mark also gave an insight into their routines, saying they love to go to the gym together all the time and ‘coincide’ their days so they an work out at the same time.

He added that even if they do different work outs when they get there it’s something they ‘look forward to’.
