The Open Educational Resources (OER) portal contains open educational resources such as open textbooks, course lecture materials, multimedia data, research data and policies, supplementary materials such as past examination questions, and so on. OERs are used to improve learning at low or no cost, depending on the services provided through the OER portal via a handshake between ICT and the University Library.

As many questions are already on the portal, the content creation is ongoing.

Users should take the following steps to access the portal’s content:

  1.  Visit
  2. Click on Academics
  3. Then OER
  4. At this stage, the portal opens on another window, and you may then choose the service you require.

You may choose any of the following:

  1. Lecture Notes
  2. Past Questions and Answers
  3. Publications and Articles
  4. Others

Please note that the content is masked and only available on Windows OS.
