A Labour MP yesterday joked concerning the frail Queen’s absence from the State Opening of Parliament.
Rupa Huq, the MP for Ealing since 2015, posted on Twitter: ‘With such a skinny Queen’s Speech, no marvel Her Majesty opted to earn a living from home as we speak.’
The Queen is claimed to have ‘episodic mobility issues’.
