Kerri-Anne Kennerley has sold her home in Woollahra for $22 million – a record-breaking sale in the affluent Sydney suburb. 

According to Domain, the 67-year-old TV veteran managed to secure a buyer for the property in an off-market sale.

The Victorian two-storey residence is located behind popular Chiswick restaurant and has a swimming pool and a self-contained studio with an internal lift above a three-car garage.

The home sits on a 892sq metre block of land and its sale is by far the highest in Woollahra. 

Kerri-Anne has plans to downsize from the property which she shared with her late husband John.

Kerri-Anne announced the devastating news on her Instagram page at the time.

The former Studio 10 star was by John’s side when he passed away at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney.

John is survived by two children from a previous marriage.

He was left paralysed after falling from a balcony while taking photos of Kerri-Anne during a golfing tournament in Coffs Harbour, NSW, in March 2016.

He was airlifted to hospital with spinal chord injuries. Doctors operated on his neck after it emerged he had fractured his C3 and C4 vertebrae.

John was put in an induced coma, spent six weeks in intensive care and had multiple operations. Doctors diagnosed him as an incomplete quadriplegic.
