Jean-Luc Godard, the French-Swiss director whose motion pictures broke conventional cinema types and heralded the novel New Wave movie motion of the Sixties, died on Tuesday, September 13.
Godard died “peacefully” at his dwelling in Rolle, Switzerland, in accordance with an announcement from his household.
